If you are living in Italy, even without documents, and you are afraid of being repatriated to your country of origin, since you may be persecuted or condemned because of your homosexuality or transsexuality, you can submit a claim for international protection.
It’s not necessary that a law condemns homosexual relationships in your country. To obtain protection it is sufficient to demonstrate which kind of discrimination or violence you should face if you would be repatriated to your country.
